I’m blown away by the attention to detail included in packaging and what’s in the memory box itself, the quality of product, the quick and understanding customer service; they evidently take great pride in providing the utmost care for your passed soulmate animal (as well as you). Wrote a beautiful note which included extra pictures, the note was everything I needed in this fog of grief and is overall such a comfort. This idea of being able to touch this box and feel your pets eternal love connection still. It means a lot to me that I have somewhere to go that’s his, that I can tend to and maintain and talk to him. Enriching our bond in a new form. “My soul cat will forever be my everything. It’s been almost a month now since it happened and I have thought of her every moment.
