At PurestShelter.com, we understand the deep emotional connection between people and their pets. Each of our memorial products is crafted with care and meaning, and we are honored to be part of your remembrance journey. Due to the nature of our products — especially those involving ashes and personalization — we do not accept returns or offer refunds for purchases made through our website.

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases, including both standard and custom pet urns, are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds unless the product is damaged or contains a clear manufacturing defect upon arrival.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or has a defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at purestshelter@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photographs of the issue. Once verified, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost.

3. Order Cancellations

Because many of our products are made-to-order, we cannot guarantee cancellations once an order has been placed. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist, but we cannot make any promises once production has begun.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. All changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. By continuing to use our site after changes are posted, you agree to the revised policy.
